Microsoft acquire mobile app development platform Xamarin for $400 million. Yahoo plan to sell off as much as $1-3 billion worth of assets. Messaging app Line is set to raise $2-3 billion. GoPro acquires video editing startups Stupeflix and Vemory for $105 million. Slack is set to raise $150+. Snapchat are set to raise $175 million at $16 billion valuation.
